Dorcas T. Sasore, RN, owner and CEO of Tasty Vibes Catering Services, Inc. is a Registered Nurse by profession.  A native of Nigeria, now residing in the USA is imprinting her signature in the catering industry.  In her travels from her native land to Europe and the USA, little did you know she will end up in the catering service.

Education/Career

Dorcas Sasore started school of nursing in Lagos State School of Nursing, Awolowo Road in Ikoyi, Lagos Nigeria.  She graduated with a general nursing degree in 1979.  She proceeded to Awolowo School of midwifery and qualified as a Registered Midwife.  In 1983 to 1984, she attended Lagos University Teaching Hospital to study Theatre Nursing.  She qualified as a Theatre nurse, and landed employment with Lagos Island Maternity Hospital from 1985 to 1990.  She retired from nursing and launched into an entrepreneurial venture in wholesale and retail business in the sale of gift items and greeting cards from 1990 to 2002.

Dorcas travelled to Dublin, Ireland, where she resumed her nursing career as a staff nurse at St. James Hospital, Dublin from 2002 to 2012.  She migrated to the USA in 2012 to present where she indulged in her passion for cooking for her children, family and friends.  After much compliments and encouragement from them, she decided to go into the catering business, which led to the establishment of Tasty Vibes Catering Services in Durham, NC.
